I ordered books online. All books were "Ship in 4-5 days". I paid by credit card.
A week later, nothing arrived. I checked my order, and thir site said: "Payment not received".
Checked my bank statement. Funds had been paid to FLIPKART.COM.
Thence spent the usual painful three or four hours calling them(they don’t pick up), e-mailing them. Still have not got resolution on the matter.
So I said to myself. Duck it. The frustration is not worth Rs. 2, 300.
That’s what I advise anybody who gets fincancially screwed on the internet. If it’s not a big sum, and you can afford to drop it, that’s the best thing to do.
