I have ordered a laptop of lenovo brand via order no OD116974825292472000.
On 21st September I ordered.It supposed to be delivered on 27th of September.Got out of delivery .When contacted to delivery boy he said that order will be dilvered before 5pm of 27th.I tried so many times to reach him to receive the order.There was a problem ECOM Express trackingtracking-they mentioned shipment undelivered requested for future delivery.After so many emails and talkstalks - explaining false statement of ECOM expressexpress -I got an message that the parcel will be delivered at 1st of November then they extended to 5th of November as final delivery.With frustration I tried to cancel my order but there was no chance of cancelling the order, I waited till the order is received at doorstep.Another problem was, there was no proper email or address of ECOM express who is logistic team not from flipkart nor from their website.Then I asked flipkart to provide local delivery address so that I can collect myself. No use they said the contact details of ECOM express is missing.
So I request not to shop on flipkart you can go through Amazon or physically go to the shop and enjoy the benefits
