Bad Services and Support

Recently I purchased Vivo Y66 and the slipon cover, I placed my order on 29th December. When I selected the product the delivery time was reflecting between 31st Dec and 01st January. Now when I am looking at my order status it is showing delivery of phone on 02nd January and the number which is given to call is not connecting though. When I am calling the support they are so arrogant and so unresponsive they are saying that, I have to wait. Secondly when I selected the product it was showing free delivery and when I checked out from the payment gateway it was showing 50 Rs. as delivery charges. Very pathetic and worst experience.
