I had ordered Lenevo S820 since it matched my requirements of a smart phone. Unfortunately, I chose Flipkart for my shopping need, since that is perceived as the premium online shop.
Alas, I received the phone, but it was an open-box piece. The device seems to be working, but I feel cheated since FK did not mention that it was selling an open-box piece when it charged me!
I would caution people before using FK since they seem to be more focused on top line growth than on customer experience.
Even worse, my trials to down-rate the product on their website is being denied - That’s a serious offense!
I’m returning the piece and hopefully I will get a replacement.
