Extremely disappointed with Flipkart Support & Accountability
I recently placed an order on 3rd Oct 2025, with a promised delivery by 7th Oct. The date kept changing, first delayed due to operational issues, then revised to 11th Oct. After raising a concern, I was advised by Flipkarts own call center(escalation team) to cancel the order, as it had been sent to the wrong hub and would never get delivered.
I cancelled the order on 14th Oct and received an instant refund, but Rs. 7/- was wrongly deducted as a platform fee. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response or resolution from Flipkart till date.
This experience reflects poor service, no ownership, and a complete lack of accountability. Losing a long-time customer over Rs. 7 is not about the money; its about the trust deficit and careless attitude towards customers.
It is like you go to a restaurant and order food, food never comes, you leave the restaurant, and they charge you a service fee. A service never delivered?
Ive now stopped using Flipkart and requested to block my contact from any further promotional communication.
