OMG the thing that screw up starting with Flipkart. Today, I am setting off my input with respect to my recently delivered request. To start with my first order that I received, I found the serial number is not matching. The serial number in the box and in the receipt, both are separate. I rapidly called client forethought and checked with them on the further procedure. The input from them were kind, they set those demand for reinstatement. Two days later, I got new television and discovered comparative issue once again. I called customer care and approached for reinstatement. Then afterward two days, I got new television with right serial number in the box and receipt. But this time, I found issue with the TV quality and television speakers are damaged. I simply called customer care and told all my concerns faced with this order and request for refund. They approve my request and got my refund with in one week. I never anticipate this type of service from a well-noun-ed organization like flipkart.
