I have been using Flipkart since 2 years and I’m quite satisfied with it. But I would like to suggest some improvements as per my experience.
Flipkart has a good variety of products available but I found out that there are some products especially in clothing which which are sold by some local traders and their quality is very poor. I don’t know why Flipkart has given such sub standard quality products on there website.
Another thing which I like to mention is that the Flipkart should look on their pricing strategy during and after any sales season.
Delivery and timeliness by Flipkart is ok. The app as well as website is properly maintained and customers can rely on it.
