Now, flipkart.com has never failed to amaze me. When you see your order being delivered within a day of your ordering it or even within 5-6 hours(happened twice), you know it’s seriously none other than flipkart.
There’s no other online store this reliable and trustworthy.
To begin with, they have thousands of products ranging from books to gadgets, from cricket balls to led tvs. All their products are 100% brand new and unused. Cash on delivery is available in nearly all parts of the country, this is a plus point since I am not such a big fan of using my credit card online, given the number of scams that come to light in recent times.
Regardless, I did use my credit card I think twice and believe me no issues just yet. I have ordered 6 books, 2 headphones, a mobile and a lot of cricket equipment and am not facing any predicament as such. Customer care is well versed in etiquette, they speak politely to the customers and are very helpful indeed.
Plus, although flipkart does sell a number of products at their MRP and let’s you enjoy them within the comfort of your home buy delivering to your doorstep, it does offer some very attractive offers, combos and discounts on several products.
The only downside that I might point out is that the cancellation and refund policies may look and sound good, but they are yet to be implemented effectively. Cancelling an order and getting replacements and refunds(on time) on flipkart is not that hassle-free . This has been complained about by a number of people in the past and I hope they work on this to not displease valuable customer opinion..
Nonetheless, on the whole I think it is a pretty decent site, and one should not think twice before making purchases from this site. Enjoy flipkarting!
