I am having very bad ecperience with the flipkart.I have purchased around 5k in big billion day scheme and none of the product was deliverd.I have contacted customer care more than 7 times but no result.My postel address is 201304.product quality is ok.Many of my friend are regular buyer from the site and product quality for most of time was ok but after some time colour fade away talking about clothing.Delivery is ok but it sucks when some national holidays are in between.App and website is user friendly but most of the time I used suffer bugs in samsung j7prime.I will not prefer filpkart in case of emergeny.It is not relliable in most of the time e.g. at time of national holidays and high shopping days( diwali etc) .
