I have been shopping online for quite a while now and I feel, FlipKart is way better than Amazon. It keeps the customer updated about product delivery. at the same time, pricing of products on FlipKart is better than that on Amazon or any other portal. Thankfully, I have never been cheated and the process of returning product is also not difficult. hats off to this Indian eCommerce giant!
