I ordered a book of rs116 on 17th which was big billion day for books the expected delivery date I got was 29 oct but when that day came I didn’t received anything so I called them they said they will resolve my problem in 3 days so I waited but again nothing happened.
I called them again n narrated my whole story again now de were claiming that I cancelled d delivery but didn’t so I told dem.we argued for like10 minutes. the call center guy asked me to order d product again but I wanted dat book in dat same price as I ordered days ago they assured me that de will give d difference money after that call in virtual form after some time I did got a refund amount that was re 1. so now today d day I m writing this review is d day I should hve gotten my product but guess what happened again I m accused of cancelling my product.
