Poor return policy
I have purchased fully automatic onida washing machine from flipkart, the washing quality of product is very poor, I have requested to return the product within time but they arrange technician visit for the product and close my request. I am not satisfied with the product quality and loosen about 10k of my amount with bakwas product.
Selling duplicate products
I have purchased office leather chair from flipkart. Wheel is broken within 15days after purchase. I have contacted flipkart then they told me told contact Woodstock the product manufacturer I have contacted Woodstock then they told me that they are not selling any product online through flipkart they also told me verbally that flipkart is selling duplicate products by using famous brand names therefore I suggest that not to buy any product from flipkart
