Flipkart is a wellknown e shoping site. In india it is very troustfull website of e comerce. It was good when they are not use ekart courier service. When they are starting to use ekart I am not satisfied with their service. I am belonging to a rual site. So mainly ekart do not deliver product at our home. I understand that so I am ready to self pick up from their office or centre. But now a days they do not call or message to me to self pick up. Before flipkart use IPS. ( indian postal service) to deliver product to rual place or villages. And ips does their duty well. IPS gives their best services to us. But ekart is the cheapest service I have ever face. Their attitude level is too high. So I give e kart 2* .
