Unprofessional behavior by the support staff. Zero support from the bot or actual human bots. They will keep on repeating like a parrot. Will not listen to your concern. Pathetic delivery service. My shipment reached Pune(nearest hub at 7:00 AM in the morning on 4th) and they promised to deliver by 7:00 PM on 5th. What a pleasure to work with such an efficient team.
sent some misleading sms at 8:23 in the morning that the shipment will be delayed by 3 days. No contact point. No details. No Reason.
Absolute waste company with zero professionalism.
Further update, more interesting one: They could not deliver the phone on 5th, what was the best counter action they could take, they moved the estimated delivery date to 11th Dec.
