I ordered Samsung Phone on 1st october with a delivry date at 8th October( Already late in todays scenerio). Now from since 8th till today which is 11th oct there are 2 messages I get.
1st in the morning stating my order is out for delivery.
and at night stating sorry we couldnt deliver your order and try tomorrow.
Now last 4 days I am been instigated and cant do as the customer care says we cant cancel the order and delivery guy Ekart says they dont have time to deliver mobile where another mobile is to be returned.
I dont think my phone will any soon be delivered neither my money is being returned so that I can buy mobile from some other place. Have to write this mail to customers who are pulled into big billion day purchases with no gurantee of timely delivery.
