With Flipkart.com I registered the complaint through email to their customer care of a book of missing pages after 2 months of its delivery to me without my order id and any reference to invoice (as I had already deleted the details).
I not only received a prompt call within 48 hrs and they offered to replace the book. The cost of book was merely rs 173, but, the service and commitment they showed, I am impressed. Not only this the delivery to my area where I reside, even courier people usually do not have service. All I can say, I myself is inspired to follow their example in my own profession.
