Flipkart is reputed company but I dont know how they earned the reputation because they makes too many mistakes. Everyday we heard of fraud against customers and they received fake product even not recieved it.
Its customer service is ok as it understands that it is their fault and refund or replaces the item but its pain to spend your almost 15 days for all this process.
Me too got 4 to 5 times a fake product or different product or even nothing in the box.But almost everytime I got refund from company as it was their mistake.
