I am writing this NEGATIVE review Against Flipkart after contacting them at least 5-6 days and case is not resolved EVEN after knowing complete case details.
Even escalated to managers but, worst managers at Flipkart NOT resolving at all.And this review is 100 percent correct and I can provide the proof in front of any jurisdiction.Problem is I purchased router from Flipkart. It is NETIS routerWhich Flipkart claimed 3 years warranty while purchasing.
But, this stop working after using 3-4 times only.And within months time. So, search for Netis service center and unable to find any.Finally I got to know from Netis support itself, from their head office that service center is not available in India. And they clearly said contact SELLER and you can demand for RMA
But, even after knowing that. They negligent STAFF at Flipkart keep this under pending
And every time just sending this information " We are continuing to look into your issue on priority. We reassure you that we will resolve your problem by the end of the day"Their escalation department even gave me wrong information that at any cost by the end of the day they will resolve the issue. Either Refund or Replacement.
BUT, LIAR fellows did unacceptable ACT
So, before you purchase anything from ONLINE. Consider this kind of cases as well.
On the other hand these companies are making billions of rupees from Indian customers and if there is any issue, their support is pathetic.
So, instead of purchasing from these company. WHY we should not purchase from local stores?
This will also give opportunity to shop vendors in our own city and generate employment as well.
It is our mistake that we give opportunity to this kind of companies like Flipkart. Which making billions and if we get any issue. They are just helpless.
I will also send the information with consumer department to issue me at least 20 times the cost of the item. Since Flipkart give me lot of inconvenience. And I had contacted them many times.
FLIPKART you need unacceptable ACT NOW.
