I have a bad experience with flipkart. Last months I ordered a product on flipkart. Order id OD109427718479447000, a Redmi note 4 smart phone for my brother.
But I flipkart totally disappointed me. I have received the product on Monday. But it’s frame was broken, and then and then I call the customer care, cancel the order.
They give me a pick up day on Friday. I was waiting. But pick up boy hasn’t came, I call the customer care. But nothing to do. Then I received a message for delay picking. And the give a another day. But in that day there is no pick up boy.
They are totally cheated Me. Still now I compiling on this, but no results.
I have lost my 10999 money, with this bad products.
