*After few good shopping experiences, my previous experience was very bad. I never thought this kind worse experience from Flipkart.
I ordered 1 pair of puma shoes for my sister on 15th Aug which was deliver to me on 20th Aug. But due to size issue, I requested customer care to arrange reverse pickup but till date shoes are with me no one came for pickup. Every time team customer care gives a new tat or 3-5 days and register a complaint.
In future I will think 100 times before buying a product from Flipkart because if there is any issue, problem will not be solved promptly.
