Flipkart’s service is really disappointing. Once you place an order it takes at least 5-6 days to reach you. That’s a lot to wait when you are excited to get a new product. The other online shopping sites like Amazon usually delivers within 2 or at the max 3 days.
Moreover the product shown in the images on the flipkart are mostly different than the original product. I ordered a Giardano Men’s watch once and the product delivered was much different than the image shown. I had to send it back for refund.
The only good thing I had experienced was that Flipkart processed the refund for my order within 24 hours after the product was picked up from me.
Infact the customer is not good. They would put me on hold for long time when you ask to check the status for you order.
This isn’t a reliable place to do your shopping. I would not recommend Flipkart. You might wanna go for other apps such as Amazon. I gave 2 stars just because of its refund policy which was fast to act.
