Please DO NOT use Flipkart Wallet! They have recently changed their policies and cheating customers. I had ordered books few times from Flipkart using Flipkart wallet. I use to to pup my son’s wallet to buy books.
Today I updated my son’s flipkart wallet but while placing the order I came to know that Flipkart has now changed their policy and you can only use wallet money to buy eBooks or MP3 and this is non refundable.
This is a big change and they should highlight a message in bold to alert customer about the changed policy to avoid any conflicts. I called up their customer care number and the customer advisor said that there is nothing he can do and I will have to forcefully buy an eBook or MP3 which I really don’t wish to buy.
This is a cheating and I am sure there would be many customers who will face this issue. This will definitely impact Flipkart’s image in market and lose name, customer and ultimately revenue.
