I do my 70% of shopping from flipkart.From shoes to shirt and from headset to phones. I bought it from flipkart. Our was a really good experience. The best thing is that their customer support is good and they help and update you every step of the way. Any query with doubts is answered and the best part is their delivery. I bought products whose delivery date was 7 days to my order but I received it on 2 day. Really fast with their delievery I must say. Also if you are not there at the time of delivery they come back again and doesn’t cancel the order. Which is great as emergency doesn’t come telling you. But not everything is shining and beautiful. Once I got an opened product with my products missing. That was really shocking. After many days of fighting I was able to get a refund. Turns out the delievery guy stole it and was not from flipkart but just a guy told to do delivery. Im these situations you should be careful. Also I saw in many cases the flipkart prices are higher tham the original price in their own products site. Some phones like s6 egde 4k higher price than in Samsung store. But still till now I didn’t had a problem it didn’t resolved. I would recommend Flipkart for anyone who wants to give it a shot. It is secure and having COD is one of the best thing I love when I buy expensive products amd like any other Indian at some point afraid of online payments. So I would definitely recommend it everyone.
