Hi friends today I am sharing my experience on Flipkart.com.There are many online shops to buy products , they all are good but for me Flipkart.com is the best .I have purchased more than 50 products from Flipkart.The best thing about Flipkart is that all the products are genuine and cost of products is also good in comparison to market.Sometimes during festival season Flipkart gives very heavy discount on products.The products are packed in such a manner that it can
not be damaged during transportation.Last month I bought Gionee handset for Rs 11000 and it was defective , I complained it to customer care executive and it was replaced within two days.All the products come with money back gurantee if you do not like the products you can get your money back within 15 days.The customer service executive are also good they fully satisfy the customers, but the bad thing is that the delivery of products is not available at all places especially in rural areas, sometimes the delivery of products is also late the products are recieved after 10 or 15 days.So, I request Flipkart to deliver the products in time , the products must also be delivered to rural areas.Cash on delivery option must also be available to all areas.If you want to buy genuine products then you should buy products from flipkart only.I like flipkart very much and recommend it to all.
