Non co-operative after sales service

I purchased Brut Perfume on Flipcart in July 2016.It was delivered in stipulated time. I openned the bottle in the last week of the August. The perfume was okay. After using it for a week the spray function of the bottle was not working. I contacted Flipcart and explained the situation. I requested them to arrange to fix the malfunctioning of the spray system. I did NOT ask for REPLACEMENT or EXCHANGE. But the executive turned it down stating it was a’No Exchange’ product. I again told them that I don’t want the bottle replaced or exchanged, simply fix the malfunctioning. The over all experience was utmost disappointing. One should think twice before buying such products on Flipcart.
