I had ordered a google nexus on Sept 30, 2015(order number-OD104043773021348000) with a guaranteed delivery within 24hrs. It was my father’s birthday and I had to gift it to him. Its been almost 48 hours with no assurance of delivery by Flipkart.
We were not even intimated about the delayed delivery, it was only after 4 calls that the customer executive told us that the product cannot be delivered on time. Flipkart seems to have increased their product portfolio with sole profit motive. Pathetic services and fake promises with no guarantee, seems to be the benchmark for Flipkart. After such unpleasant experience, I would never again buy anything from Flipkart.
