Never ever in your life trust a company like flipkart.They are at extreme points. It is a very big company that provides a huge discounts. I always liked flipkart.

I really loved shopping from my office or home online, especially from flipkart. I had a big trust on this brand.I have ordered many things from this so called "online megastore".I trusted this website and also recommended all my friends and relatives toh shop things only from this website .Although we had to pay extra for cash on delivery or a product ordered below rs.500.
But that was all fine because I thought flipkart sold things that are tested and verified by their back end team.But after this two incidents I never trust on flipkart and rather buy a genuine product from amazon or snapdeal.
I have purchased one samsung galaxy s4 mini from flipkart on 19 Januray 2015.
I was come to know that they have sent a defective piece about an usage of 6 months.
The thing that I am writing this review is that they have wasted my 10 days to just put up a complaint to the desk and they have the poorest customer service too. They have even no courtesy to compensate the wasting of person’s 10 days and they will constantly tell you the company’s policy and all that stuff.
I will not recommend for any products to purchase from Flipkart.
One star would be very high for the customer service that they are having
I bought several items from Flipkart including a CD of Ravi Shankar’s Chants of India. They sent a wrong CD. I asked them to send a new one and told them I was leaving the country in three days. They assured me they would send a new one in a day. They did not. Told me they would send a new one in a week. I told them that was no use. They offered to pay the money back but wanted all my bank details. They had taken cash for the order but refused to give cash back. After 4 months they still send me emails asking me for my bank account. I spoke with them several times and wrote to them several times asking them to stop harassing me with the emails. Now I have no refund, no right CD and an endless barrage of emails!
The return or refund policy is different. When the value is more they just play and don’t refund money nor product get replaced. Don’t trust this site. I had bought Mi4 which is not working properly. When I opted for return / refund they simply call and do us trouble shooting as per them or visit to their service center - which is also limited in Kolkata.
What a company!
