I had ordered a POCO F1 from Flipkart big billion sale and paid the entire amount on delivery. Much to my disappointment on opening the model, I realized that it was not working. Now Flipkart first claimed it would refund the full amount, next moment they said they would give a replacement without any time commitment and now they are saying they will send engineer. I want this issue resolved at the earliest.
