Worst online shopping experience ever and I mean it because they are providing worst customer support.i had a problem that I had to leave for Chandigarh today@6 A.M on 7th of January 2013 so I requested them to deliver the product before it hence they gave me an assurance that it will be delivered by 11’o clock but still I am waiting for them.the thing is the shipment is lying at their gurgaon since 10’o clock 5th of January 2013 and I don’t understand what is the problem with so called Flipkart Self Logistics that they can not deliver it within gurgaon.
I am calling the customer support for SUPPORT but they are not giving any assurance that it will be delivered by today.i am attaching a snapshot of their website status for everybody’s reference.
DON’T GO FOR FLIPKART FOR BUYING ELECTRONICS IN PREPAID MODE :(((
