I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service of Flipkart.com. It appears that you are not in control of your own logistics. On August 1st I ordered a Skybag luggage bag Order No: OD30801036296. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 5th August at my delhi office but somehow the delivery got delayed and it was acceptable for me because many times Flipkart has delivered before my expectation.
On 6th morning it showed that the item is out for delivery. I waited and expected the consignment to be delivered. But at 8:47 pm the delivery status was updated as "Undelivered Because Of Heavy Rain". Can you explain this ? Still I kept patience and tried following up with the customer care executives. But they dont know anything about the exact status.
They just tell me whatever is already mentioned on the tracking page. On 7th I again expected that at least it would be delivered then, but again no update on the tracking page. It still showed "Undelivered Because Of Heavy Rain on 6th August". I kept on calling Flipkart and Ekart customer care but everybody just tried to get rid of me asap. No sense of responsibility it shows.
Today also the status is same on the tracking page "Undelivered Because Of Heavy Rain on 6th August". I needed the travelling bag as I am travelling from tomorrow. If I dont receive it today then it is of no use to me. Ill not even be in Delhi to collect it.
This kind of poor accountability and service delivery are severely hampering the reputation of your company. As an expatriate living in Delhi, I cannot recommend your site to any of my colleagues or friends, and will think twice about ordering in the future, as I can no longer believe that orders will be delivered them on time, since your logistics in Delhi seems to have no accountability or efficiency.
