I am regular buyer at Flipkart. This is the first time I have faced such a worst issue. I had ordered a Moto G(2nd Gen) on big billion sale day. The phone was supposed to be delivered on 11/10/14. The delivery people simply went and updated the status as "Cancelled by Customer" when they didnt even try delivering!. When called up Customer care, they told, we will try to despatch the phone by Wednesday 15/10/14. There has been some technical problem, we will update you on the status was the constant reply. Also, the customer care guys put the phone on mute when we talk and there is no response. What a way to respond to people. These people are called "CUSTOMER CARE".
I get a mail today saying, Refund will be issued in another 8 days. What nonsense!. For an order that has not been even tried to deliver, cancellation was made by the flipkart delivery people. Also, on the billion day orders, it was only "Replacement" that is possible and notRefund. So, how come they are supposed to initiate refund of my money? They are supposed to replace the order.
I think the cheaters have automatically cancelled the order so that they do not lose out on the discount money. What a way to cheat people.! I am completely frustrated with these guys. No more orders on this website again. I hope I get the money back and there is no cheating on that.
