Today going to review Flipkart online shopping site,
Today date everyone facing problem from Flipkart, because of,
Issue of delivery, refund and replacement,
Product damage,
I also face lots of problem,
Customer service is pathetic of Flipkart they ask questions like we are telling lie
If customer have problem then he will call them we dont have to do timepass.
I have ordered sony home theater
It has usb problem usb port is damaged already, I have Placed return order they said our executive will come for pickup but nobody came, after I called them then said product is to heavy 4kg you have to courier it to our address, its so rubbish service,
This is my worst experience of Flipkart service or call center
