Flipkart is the one only website that I’m satisfied with. Because the customer service of this shopping site is pretty good and better than other sites out there.
As my experience, I’ve booked more than 50 products from Flipkart and I’m satisfied with it. I’ve booked smartphones, watches, gadgets, etc from it.
Taking on the customer service, I could give five stars to them. The covering of the product is pretty good enough than other sites.
Based on the customer service, I’ll share one of my experience now. One day I’ve booked a power bank from Flipkart . I’ve reached my town within five working days. When the product arrived at my town, the delivery boy just called me and informed too. But I was in a hospital which I’d met with an accident. He said that he would come to the hospital and deliver it to me. He said that it is his responsibility to deliver the product to me. This behaviour of the delivery boy made me happy.
He reached the hospital just in 1 hour call. He was good in behaviour and kind too.
This awesome experience made me to write this review to Flipkart. It was a good one with the site Flipkart.
Besides the customer service, the quality of the product is beyond excellent. Because the product is covered in a better way that any buyer would love to have.
The cover design of the product is better standard format which I love the combination of the colours blue and yellow.
The delivery of smartphones is better faster than the normal delivery of product. That’s also a plus point of this website.
This website has better discounts than other websites. Because it gives more discounts by using the payment method as Phonepe. The payment gateway is better faster than other sites I think. More than that, Flipkart app is better smooth and faster which helps me to get faster to the products during high discounts sales. This reduces the complexity of the site to the user.
The categorisation of the products in the sites is better for me access easily. The notifications and alerts are better faster which have helped me a lot of times.
So it is the best shopping site that I’ll recommend to anyone.
