Product Quality is what you pay you get.Flipkart doesnot make product, so we cannot blame product quality is not good but they display orignals products.
Flipkart have there own delivery service named Ekart Logistics.
They ships some product with there own logistics service.
but beware while paying cash to delivery boy, sometimes they do fraud things,

I purchased many products through flipkart, 3 mobiles, clothes, screen guards, electronics etc, I persnally notices prepaid products are dispatched more faster as compared COD products.
App and website are now more responsive than earlier plus they take customer feedback to remove bugs.
Relability is one of the most important factor as you money for the services. Flipkart is reliable website for purchasing products.
I would also suggest you to make a unboxing video of the product, so if there any fraud who can have a proper proof for that.
