Replacements are a pain

Had a really bad experience with flipkart when I wanted to initiate a replacement for the defective product I had received ( moto g ) I had to make several calls to the customer care and explain them about the issue but they had hard time understanding the simple issue that the screen is faulty.


They are very poor when it comes to understanding technical problems.
