I likely glad to here and today I found the one fault of flipkart which I hate so much.
since I am a customer of a flipkart I know what happened last time I purchased a phone from flipkart everything is gone right I delivered my phone in good condition with good packing after that I ll decide to call flipkart and ask them about the product return policy with customer service.
but I got surprised when I call the tollfree no. of flipkart that they said they don’t see any product purchased under my account and the ivr voice responce says please contact us through email or chat .
I think what the hell is this.
this is just like a nukkad shop who sells their product and after that no responsibility of their own.
from that day I hate flipkart customer services and their products.
Amazon is most better than the flipkart because their customer satisfaction is very great and their services is pretty good from flipkart.
So friends don’t be fool like me and choose best online shopping platform.
