Always the Delivery gets delayed.

I had ordered TP-LINK TD-W8961ND 300Mbps ADSL2+ Wireless with ModemRouter on 20th oct 2014


The Order was suppose to Deliver on 27th Oct, Than after calling and mailing customer care, I was updated that it will be delivered on or before 1st Nov. That too I got assurance thru mail for same.On 31st automatically Deliver date was changed to 3rd Nov, Now again if I call customer care number, I am been informed it will be delivered on 7th Nov without intimating me. Does my product will be delivered on this year or what?


How can anyone give excuse for Late Delivery without informing the buyer.The product is already been late by a week for today, and there is no sign of delivery today as still tracking is showing something else.


Flipkart needs to have proper reason and correct updates about the delay. I am following up with Flipkart from past a week about this order, but there is no proper response form Flipkart. This time it for whole new level, Customer Service tells me that they are taking this issue as priority, After a week delay they are taking this priority? What the hell they were doing till now? The reason I choose Flipkart cause that I expect My ordered product to be delivered by date mentioned in Website. We will have commitment over this and plan accordingly. I am really pissed off with the answer Flipkart is giving for this. Will never shop with Flipkart or Suggest anyone to shop in Flipkart.
