I have purchased one whirlpool washing machine on 7th April. I have received the material one day delay of given time frame of flipkart. At the time demo we have unpacked the box of washing machine and found dents on three locations.i have applied for return request with replacement.and the journey of pathetic service is still continues.on 17th april my return request. And today 1st may still no pick up has been taken up by flipkart. Everyday customer support is saying we are doing we r trying and tomorrow we will resolve the issue.but its been more than 20days now. Very poor response from flipkart.worst shopping experience ever.

the corier person called me and told me I am the single person who came for pickup of washing machine.i have no other person to help me to pick up.so do arrange one person to help otherwise I will not pick it up today.
Also he doesnt have any docket number for pick up the product
very senseless attitude of gati courier and flipkart
