Before someday buy a phone from filpkart. The phone was LYF black8. The phone is delivered was very next day that was friday . but the phone was doing problem with software when I call them they told me to restart the phone. But after restart the phone again same thing happened. But they tell me to go to the mobile customer care. I ask them to replace the phone at next frieday . but they tell me that they cant replace .they also tell me only for software related problem they cant replace it. After that I call the lyf customer care they tell me if anyproblem relating anything for phone within 7 days then the company from whom a buyer buying the phone they must have to be replace it. But atlast they r not replace the phone. Very bad experience
