Bad experience

I had bought a vu television( 18) from flipkart around three months ago.on installation it had display issues.so according to flipkart replacement policy they have to replace the television. But they refused every time I used to click the replacement button they denied the replacement saying you dont meet the replacement criteria.


On complaining so many times to the customer care they told me it is not possible to replace the telivision .we will make an arrangement from the company .the company person will come and resolve the issue.which anyways didnt happen.


I myself had to go to the company service centre and get it checked and I tell you I wasted a lot of my time.and the company told me wewill not replace it we will repair it


Now my tv was faulty the moment I installed it and it was in warranty.how come flipkart and the vu television company dare to tell me that we wont be able to replace it.and the customer service response of flipkart is so poor that every time you have to call them and explain the situation every time. They dont even care to keep followup of their customer.and the customer care executives keep on saying sorry for that.


I am a doctor by profession. I had to waste a lot of time to get the tv repaired and the companydidint even bother about it.even after the repair the display quality is not up to the mark.
