I am really sorry to say about your company flipkart and about your customer service.
I have planed to visit some place with my friends 1st time, so I thought I should get one Camera to capture the movements. So I decided to purchase from flipkart so I have placed OD404652136959258000 the order on 9th Oct and selected the option next day delivery with extra delivery charges. Now the issue is that, till 11th by 6pm I was very sure that Ill get my product so for just confirmation I called to your help line and confirmed and the representative assured me that the product is already out of delivery and it will be delivered dont worry.
When I have not got any confirmation till 8PM so I called again to your help line number(18002089898) and the answer which I received from your representative that( Sir, we really sorry that due to some logistic issue we were not able to deliver the order today) IF you are not able to fulfill the order then you should inform me before only right then why the hell I should wait to my office till 9 PM .
I told your executive that I want to speak with someone senior 1st he was refuse when I requested so he has pull my call on told for long time and disconnected the line and again called and the same think happen again so again I called and I spoke to Mr. Mandar I he has did the same think I even requested Mandar that if you are not able to transfer the line to your senior then send me the email stating that we were not able to transfer the call but he was very rude on call and finally he has disconnected the line. Now, this is how you are dealing with your customers and you can check my transaction history from 13th Oct11 I am your regular customer and have done many transactions but yesterday the service I have received from your customer care it was very very horrible even I am also working in customer service but we will not do line this what you have done.
Just because of this issue I have to cancel my hole trip and second I have wasted my 4 hours in my office just because of you and the mentally harassment my your customer care.
