BE Honest I was a regular customer of Flipkart.
I shopped many times through Flipkart. I used the pay later service. Last year due to some reason I had not paid 3000 rupees of pay later service. But after some time I paid all amount.
I requested them many times to close my pay later account. they disabled my account but were not closed. Every time they said that my problem was solved two or three days.
I tried for one year to close my pay later account but they do nothing. It reflects in my CIBIL. My CIBIL score is down and down every month. but they’re not interested to solve my problem.
