I had used Flipkart a month ago or so. I had ordered a laptop sleeve and a facial scrub. I was amazed by the extremely quick delivery, the most eco friendly packing and the professionalism. I am writing this review now as I realized how good Flipkart was while currently going through a tough time with getting Snapdeal to treat me fairly!!
Advantages of buying from Flipkart:
They have their own delivery system. (Unlike other sites who use BlueDart, DTDC, etc.)
Their shipment happens locally wherever possible, cutting the delay in delivery. (I received my stuff in 2 days!)
They have a very friendly & professional staff to interact with.
Their eco-friendly packing approach. (I was very touched & motivated to do something green!)
After dealing with Flipkart, I had a very bad experience with Snapdeal where they are still holding on to my money without shipping my product! So I really wish Flipkart comes up with more household stuff soon, that I will not have to use any other sites :)
