Very poor customer handling/service of flipkart

I ordered Chevron Back Cover Case With 3.5mm Stereo Earphones For Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G Combo Set order OD202362034833970000 from flip kart.com.


Today I received it, when I open the box cover was missing and earphone is not working properly. hence I had contact to flipkart customer care number and spoke to Ms. Vinay kumar and Satish, but both are not ready to listen my complaint. Both are told me that we have not received any confirmation of delivery hence we can not tag your complaint.


I want to return the product and want refund ASAP.You guys take back your product and processing refund ASAP. Really both guys doesn’t have any idea how to handle the customer. Very poor customer handling.
