I have been using flipkart.com since 2014. Since I have already ordered 37 products from flipkart.com. Flipkart is top most e-commerce website in India. After using for almost more than 3 years I can say that it is very much reliable, quality of products are also very good. But nothing is perfect in this world there must be pros and cons. So I want to share my experience with you guys. So lets start with pros.
Pros
Flipkart is very much reliable. As I found Flipkart very trustworthy. They never wants to cheat there customer. ( Sometimes third party seller and few delivery vendor do the mess) .
Quality of the products are also adequate. I bought almost 37 products from flipkart most of these are very good in quality. Few items I didn’t liked so I returned them and they also refunded my money.
Customer support are also good. Recently I bought a monitor and there is some fault in the product. So I requested for a replacement. But by chance the replaced items also have some fault so I mailed them. After mailing customer support called me apologized for the concern. And also returned the product and refunded the item within 3 days.
Delivery time is just awesome . Maximum product delivered with two days. Also I have ordered an item which delivered within 6 hours which is really surprising for me.
Cons
Recently I have some problem with the quality so I hope they would maintain there reputation.
Sometimes few items are much higher then other e-commerce website.
Garments collection are not so good.
