Today I was shopping by filpkart so share my experience.
Customer care facility is very poor product was changed and packing is open by the courier.

-Bed experience for bed parcel
-courier service is very poor
-all parcel stuff is poor
-also no manners to talk to the customer
-the product has been not packed from the courier service
We all know that the product we buy is travel through very long route so it has been packed well but my product philips 4040f is totally already open and all packing material is damaged and product also a defective so I was complain the customer care their executive name imraan khalid told me that it has not over fault that product you buy isnot packed well or not packed anyway.
