There are many websites for online shopping in India. I wanted to buy a new Mobile. I decided purchase online and decide from Flipkart. I ordered Asus Zenfone Laser 2(2 GB).
After 5-6 days I got my ordered Mobile couriered by=Delhivery Courier Service=. When I opened box. I got mobile with charger. But, after 2 days in mobile’s screen on left side very thin line vertically with yellow colour. I was totally surprised, only after 2 days problem in screen. I called Flipkart Customer care and told him about my problem. They send me a message with a link that link was for a Android App and said me install this software after that gave me some instruction how they can find really had a problem in my Mobile. App confirmed my mobile’s defect. They registered my complain and said me that in between 2-3 days our courier boy will pick your defected mobile and after picking we will send you a new mobile.
But by chance when courier boy came to my address to pick mobile I was not there than came problem started. I requested again Flipkart to return my Mobile but, they said to me that your again request will be after 7-10 days because, I our computer system first request always have 7-10 days after that your again request will be filed. I called many time and they always received my call. On Flipkart website have good think that you select your ordered item and select problem option than click call me in between 5 minutes they will contact you on your given mobile number. I used this procedure many times. Many times I realised that they will not pick my defected mobile and will not return. But, after in between 7-10 days they pick my defected mobile from my address and after 5-6 days they sent me new Asus Zenfone Laser 2 on my address. I checked my mobile it was new mobile. when I got my mobile really I was very happy.
In Fact I must say Flipkart’s return policy is awesome. They always picked my call and said always we will solve your problem. In fact iif we go with Filpkart’s return policy with right way we will never sad.
I am totally satisfied with Filpkart’s Return Policy. Its my personal experience with Flipkart.
