This is the first time I tried any E-commerce site to purchase electronic product(Mobile). Recently made my first order on flipkart and I will say its worst experience.
Regarding my order No. #OD404325286748817000, Lenovo K3 note. It got delivered on 3rd Nov2105 and from the day I’m using it, it is showing multiple issues like heating UP, Lagging, Restart of phone after use of applications(Hangout, Tango), Whtsapp lagging.
I doubt whether this is a genuine product. Getting restarted after use of applications.
Team, I want my money back. No replacement needed, kindly refund back the amount. I mean this was the first time experience on flipkart and its really WORST. What to do with this crap? Wasted by hard earned money!
I don’t want to keep this defective piece!
