I have purchased Moto E 2nd gen 4G mobile on Flipkart alias Fraudkard 3 months back. Performance of the phone was not up to the expectation.
I thought it is a low cost mobile so we can not expect more and wanted to exchange it in FlipKart alias Fraudkart but it is showing that IMEI does not match with the model selected(Moto E 2nd gen 4G).
Trying to contact Flipkart customer care alias Fraudkart customer care they say that they will send a revised invoice with different model name. That how their customer care is. Product what they sell is not at all genuine and their customer care is also not educated to understand the problem.
Anyhow I am filing a case on them for this fraud. My opinion is not to leave these issues simply writing a review because it is a type of encouragement for them to continue doing fraud. Finally I want to say it is not Flipkart, it is Fraudkart.
