Recently I ordered a dell laptop on Flipkart and for the first time I didn’t do much research on the prices. Later I found that the same product was 3 k cheaper on Dell’s website . By this time the product wasn’t delivered so I ordered a cancellation and the cancellation was accepted. But the product got delivered after 6 hours of the cancellation and unfortunately my mother received the item. Later when I called Flipkart Customer care, they said that they can’t do anything about it since the delivery was accepted. This isn’t really Customer care. I’m sure ebay would have done better. I am left with a sore feeling of being cheated by both the seller and Flipkart. Now, I will have to think twice before buying anything from Flipkart or even suggest to anyone to buy from there.
